This 1980s home, located in a traditional Texas neighborhood near downtown, was redesigned to become a stylish and inviting short-term rental. We fully renovated the space, adding a third bathroom to enhance functionality. The design blends modern aesthetics with warmth and unique touches, incorporating shades of blue for a fun, personalized feel—just as the owner envisioned. The result is a chic, comfortable, and distinctive rental space perfect for guests.
