Every material, finish, and product is fully reviewed and approved by your team before production begins. You receive clear specifications—and, when needed, physical samples of fabrics, wood finishes, and materials—to ensure complete confidence in every selection.
During production, we verify that all items match the approved specifications and meet the quality standards required for your project.
If any delivered item does not match the approved specifications, we provide a 100% refund on the product cost. (Design fees are non-refundable.)
This approach ensures transparency, minimizes risk, and gives you complete assurance before moving beyond the model home into full-building production.
The best way to evaluate our design, materials, and quality is through a fully completed model home. Developers already need a model unit, and we encourage starting here as a low-risk trial. This allows your team to see, touch, and evaluate quality in real life, before making decisions for the rest of the development.
